This meta-analysis found that Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) significantly reduced symptoms of anxiety, depression, and certain aspects of anticipatory grief in people with cancer. EFT also improved sleep quality, but showed limited efficacy in psychological distress, disease adjustment, and self-awareness. Science and Research: Anxiety
